Weekly Challenge: Green and Lean
Okay ladies, this is it, the LAST weekly challenge!
It’s actually a really easy one, and some of you might be doing it already. Basically you MUST eat your BIG salad for dinner this last week. So no sugars, starches, fruit, just green stuff and lean protein after 4pm this week!
Be sure to eat some good oats for breakfast to fuel your day and make the decision not to eat starchy or sugary carbs after 4pm.
Reasoning….well since you are going to bed shortly enough after dinner you don’t need to “refuel” in the evening time. Your body can’t use large portions of carbs that we consume at and after dinner time as fuel before we sleep so it ends up getting stored as FAT overnight. You can still eat your carbs during the day though and PLEASE DO.
So give your digestive system a break at night and be a lean mean green fitness machine!
